These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qk22 ("qk22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at qk22.io. If qk22 discovers that a player has opened multiple accounts, qk22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance that was derived from duplicate account activity.

All financial transactions on qk22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). qk22 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits made to qk22 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method and mobile number used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. qk22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically within 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a withdrawal review at qk22's discretion.
• qk22 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large withdrawals.

Any suspected fraudulent transaction, including use of a stolen or unauthorised payment method, will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

qk22 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of issuance. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.

The qk22 Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, published on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the programme rules.

qk22's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The qk22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qk22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Voluntary closure by player: You may close your qk22 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Remaining verified balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
• Closure by qk22: qk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the withdrawable balance will be returned.

Following account closure, qk22 will retain your personal data for the minimum period required by applicable data retention obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Where changes to the Terms are material — for example, changes to payment policies, account eligibility rules, or player rights — qk22 will make reasonable efforts to notify active registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the qk22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which qk22 operates. qk22 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
